"Update 10/19/24: I retuned my glasses and requested a store credit and used it for a pair of Ray-ban Sunglasses that I wanted to use as regular glasses. After another long battle with the AI system, I finally got through to as human. I explained to the Human that I wanted to use the Ray bans as not as sunglasses but as a regular pair of glasses. I was informed that they were not able to do it. I still ordered the pair of glasses for the frames and intended to use them as regular (10/08/24). I was then reviewing tracking information and stated that there was an issue with the delivery and that I would be contacted shortly. As you can guess, NO ONE FOLLOWED UP! So with time on my hands, again, I pulled up the US Postal tracking and it said that: Insufficient address (10/15/24) I will never do business with this company any more. My time is valuable and I have wasted my time tiring to track down my order and dealing with the AI system. Don't spend your hard earn money with them. _ If you don’t need customer service and you want an AI to handle your calls then this is for you. This is second pair of glasses I have ordered and although I gave them a second chance their service is terrible. Don’t waste your time with them! Update: 10/28/24 I was supposed to get my frames by the 15th and once again there was a shipping problem. No one has called me about this issue even though they said someone would follow up with me. Don’t order from this company!"
