I've been met with nothing but a bot telling me I need to give them 15 business days to deliver, completely ignoring the express service I paid for. This frustrating lack of transparency and inability to speak to a human prompted me to leave this review and try to engage with customer service, desperately seeking a real answer.
Customer: "I paid for express shipping, and your website says my item shipped days ago, but the tracking hasn't updated at all. What is going on?" CS Rep: "I apologize for the confusion and delay you're experiencing. I understand how frustrating it is when tracking isn't clear, especially with express shipping. Let me look into your order details for you." Customer: "Look, I paid extra for express for a reason. Waiting 15 business days, as your bot keeps telling me, isn't 'express.' The tracking label was created, but the package clearly hasn't moved. I just need to know where my order is." CS Rep: "I completely understand your frustration. You paid for a faster service, and it's not delivering as expected. I'm actively checking the latest internal status and will reach out to our shipping department immediately to get a definitive update on your parcel's location and estimated delivery." Customer: "I appreciate you looking into it, but I just want a concrete answer, not another generic 'we're looking into it.' Can you confirm it's actually shipped and not just a label printed?"
